• No refunds will be issued after this period under any circumstances, including missed attendance or removal from the event due to policy violations.

Code of Conduct

At Halal Harmony, we are committed to creating a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive space for all attendees. We expect every guest to:

• Treat fellow attendees and staff with kindness, fairness, and respect.

• Maintain appropriate conduct throughout the event—no harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruption will be tolerated.

• Follow instructions or reasonable requests from staff or volunteers at all times.

Revocation of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate the Code of Conduct.

• Your presence compromises the safety, comfort, or overall experience of others.

• Removal does not require a direct violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service. This decision is made solely at the discretion of the Halal Harmony organizing team.

• By attending, you acknowledge and accept this risk. No refunds or alternative accommodations will be provided under these circumstances.

Media Release Policy

By attending our event, you grant Halal Harmony Canada permission to capture and use photographs or videos of you for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: social media, website content, and future marketing campaigns.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket, you understand and agree:

• You are participating at your own risk.

• Halal Harmony is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or loss of property sustained during the event.

• You are responsible for your own personal safety and conduct.

Event Content and Conduct

Halal Harmony Canada reserves the right to:

• Remove or deny access to attendees who violate event policies.

• Use footage or testimonials from events for future advertising without prior consent.

Participants are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the values of Halal Harmony Canada. Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event and potential legal action.

Event Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to:

• The event schedule

• Venue or format

• Activities or programming
  at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you confirm that you:
