My ticket status says "Pending." What does that mean?

Don't worry, your spot is safe. Here is how our event timeline works:

• 2–3 Days Before: We send a final event email with the exact arrival cut-off times, venue details, and a quick reminder check-in.

• During the Event: Your ticket stays active.

• After the Event: Your ticket status will automatically change to Fulfilled.

What makes your events different from traditional matrimonial events?

Are these events focused only on marriage, or can I come just to make friends?

You can absolutely come just for the community! While our flagship events have a heavy matrimonial focus, Halal Harmony is a full-scale network. We host a massive mix of social spaces: arcade nights, bowling, rock climbing, annual ski and travel trips, and even private Pilates sessions for sisters and new moms. Why are your events 25+?

Our spaces are built for individuals who have graduated, kicked off their careers, and are stepping into an intentional marriage or network mindset. At 25+, goals are clearer, emotional maturity is stronger, and you’re ready to build real, lasting connections with people on the same wavelength.

What if I can’t attend after registering? Is there a refund policy?

We get it—plans change. Some events qualify for a full refund up to 14 days before the event date. If you have a last-minute emergency, just drop us a line at Halal.Harmony.Canada@gmail.com. We will roll your entry over to our next social event free of charge so you don't miss out.
