Privacy & Confidentiality
No screenshots or sharing of information outside the group.
The spreadsheet link will be updated weekly—if shared without permission, access may be revoked at the admin's discretion.
Biodata Submission Policy
To maintain fairness and keep our groups active and intentional, all members must complete their biodata within 14 days of payment. If payment is made but the biodata is not completed within 14 days: Your application will be forfeited, your spot in the group will not be held, and you will be required to resubmit both the biodata and payment if you wish to join again.
This policy ensures that all applicants enter the group prepared, intentional, and respectful of the community process.
Respect & Conduct
Respect is non-negotiable. Disrespectful or unruly behavior may result in consequences determined by the admin.
Community feedback may be posted publicly on the spreadsheet if poor behavior is reported.
Harassment after clear disinterest (ignoring a "No" or lack of response) may lead to:

A red X next to the member's name in the spreadsheet
Removal from the group after three X marks
Explicit Misconduct Policy
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:
Unsolicited explicit messages or images
Hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Threats, intimidation, or any form of harassment
Members must report misconduct directly to the admin with proof (screenshots, messages, etc.). Reports will be reviewed before action is taken.
Reporting & Dispute Resolution
If a member is accused of misconduct, the following process applies:
If found guilty, an X will be placed next to their name.
After three X marks, the member will be removed from the group.
An X mark will expire after two weeks if no further offenses occur.
If a member believes they were unfairly accused, they must contact the admin directly to appeal.
Fees & Membership Rules
We do not charge for WhatsApp group access. Any fees collected are solely for the administrative service of providing access to a vetted database of eligible singles.
All fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to remove your name from the spreadsheet, you must inform us before leaving the group.
Re-entry into the group is not guaranteed—it must be discussed with the admin, and any applicable fees are for continued access to the spreadsheet, not for WhatsApp participation.

Halal Harmony is not responsible for the actions, interactions, or conduct of any members within this community. By participating, you acknowledge that all interactions are at your own discretion and risk.
By submitting your details to the spreadsheet, you confirm that all information provided is authentic and truthful. Any falsified information may result in removal from the database and WhatsApp group.
You acknowledge that you are participating in this group voluntarily and release Halal Harmony from any legal, financial, or emotional liability associated with your experience in this group.
