A safe, intentional community for Black identifying Muslims seeking marriage, connection, and belonging.

For too long, many of us who identify as African, Caribbean, Black, or mixed-race Muslims have struggled to find spaces where we are truly seen and welcomed. Whether born Muslim or a revert, the challenges are real:

  • Lack of inclusive spaces — Events often don’t reflect our diversity or cultural nuances.

  • Limited representation — Many matchmaking circles overlook Black Muslims altogether.

  • Interracial barriers — Some communities openly (or quietly) prefer not to consider us as marriage partners.

  • Feeling “in-between” — For those who are mixed or white-passing, belonging can feel even more complicated.

    Why? Because Black Muslims are the most underrepresented and underserved group in the Muslim marriage space. Racism, rejection, and lack of inclusive platforms have discouraged many from even pursuing marriage. We’re here to bridge that gap and give our community a home base.
