First of all—thank you! We know our events wouldn’t be half as vibrant or successful without the passion, products, and energy of our local vendors.
We’ve been in your shoes. We understand how tough and expensive it can be to market your brand, get foot traffic, and build trust in the community. That’s why we deliberately keep our vendor fees affordable—we want to make it easy for our community to discover and support incredible Muslim-owned businesses.
Bring Your Own Equipment: Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and display racks/stands.
🚨 Limited Spaces Available: To avoid product overlap and ensure every business gets maximum foot traffic and sales, spots are strictly capped and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
When you secure your vendor space, you get far more than just a setup spot—we treat you like a partner in the event:
🥤 Complimentary Drinks: Free premium iced coffees and mocktails provided to keep you refreshed.
🍕 Food Included: Complimentary food served right to your booth area.
🎥 Post-Event TikTok & Social Exposure: Every vendor will be featured in our post-event TikToks, Reels, and social recaps to give your brand ongoing exposure.
🕌 Giving Back (Sadaqah Jariyah): A portion of your vendor fee is donated directly to Unity Islamic Centre as part of our community initiative.
Note: Vendor registration is kept separate from attendee ticketing to streamline onboarding and give you a direct line to our logistics team.
