Respect and Conduct
All members are expected to treat one another with respect, courtesy, and professionalism, both online and offline.
Poor conduct, including but not limited to harassment, manipulation, bullying, or any form of disrespectful behavior, will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Repeated complaints or reports of inappropriate behavior will be reviewed seriously and may lead to removal from the program.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information, photos, and communication shared through this service is to be kept strictly confidential.
Leaking, distributing, or disclosing another member’s information—especially in a way that is damaging, inappropriate, or intended to harm—will result in legal action under the Ontario legal system.
Our goal is to create a safe, dignified, and private space for all members.
Attendance & Conduct Policy
If you miss or no-show two scheduled virtual dates without a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, your matchmaking privileges may be revoked, and no further matches will be scheduled.
If there is inappropriate behavior or conduct during a date (disrespect, boundary violations, or harassment of any kind), your membership may be suspended or permanently removed at the discretion of the Halal Harmony team.
We aim to cultivate a respectful, serious, and comfortable environment for all participants.
Matchmaking Guidelines
Our priority is to match you with compatible singles based on your values, relationship goals, and preferences.
Please note: While we do our best to accommodate specific preferences, we aim for matches within a reasonable age gap — typically within ±5 years.
We may, in some cases, recommend outside that range if compatibility is strong.

We are not liable for any personal, emotional, or physical outcomes resulting from matches, conversations, or meetings that take place through our service — whether online or offline.
You acknowledge that you are participating in this service of your own free will.
You agree to release and hold harmless Halal Harmony Canada and its team from any claims, liabilities, or incidents that may occur during your use of the service.
All payments made for matchmaking services are non-refundable.
