Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Trip cancelled by organizers: Full reimbursement, including deposits

• Participant cancellation:

  • Deposit ($150) is non-refundable

  • Payments after deposit refundable up to 7 days before departure

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the trip

  Refund requests must be submitted via email
